Choose a measurement mode, set scale and precision, then check points and readings.
Four measurement modes
The app provides length, continuous, area and angle modes. Endpoint and center snapping help place points. Measurement tools include scale, display precision, records, undo point and clear controls. Read results in the drawing’s units.
Choose a mode and place points
Use length for a single distance, continuous for connected segments, area for a region and angle for a directional relationship. Adjust the view for point selection, confirm units and scale, then check both the selected positions and the result.
Verify before using a result
Measurements support review. Follow project requirements and check on site for formal construction, quantity calculations or acceptance. Do not use a value before confirming its units.
